Important booking requirements:

1. Any events 20 miles outside of the Tampa, FL area require a travel per diem of $.49 per mile.

2. A speaker fee of $250 per hour ($150 non-profit) shall be applied to all bookings unless otherwise approved by show administration. Client/Vendor shall incur the cost of accommodations for all bookings requiring over-night stay(s).

3. All complimentary bookings will include four (4) VIP tickets to be used by Mr. Alvarado/The Jorge Show.

4. Due to the cost of production crew and travel, interview requests must be approved by administration and the network when applicable.
